1983 Catalina 27
This is the well-known Rowdy Kiwi – built to be fast and extremely comfortable. The hull and deck are in excellent condition with a VC-17 antifoul bottom. Standing rigging is all in top condition. Running rigging is all top quality and recently upgraded.
A brand new Tohatsu 8hp electric start outboard was installed and has under 20 hours and recently serviced. Sails include a custom hand painted main and North composite genoa.
The cabin has been completely rewired with a new control panel. The head is also 1 year old and fully functional. Inside the cabin, you will find a complete remodel for comfort and weekend live abord with a full length bed, induction stove, microwave oven and fridge. Television and touch screen stereo is also installed. Most importantly, she is fitted with a new Dometic air conditioner and is extremely well cooled in summer!
